BJP MLA moves HC seeking quashing of DA case
On November 16, last year, the Lokayukta court had taken cognisance of the complaint filed against BJP MLA from Chamaraja Assembly Constituency in Mysore H S Shankarlinge Gowda by social activist Kumar H pertaining to alleged "misuse of power" and amassing of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The case will come up before Justice K N Keshavanarayana.
The complainant had sought probe under the Prevention of Corruption (PC) Act and under various IPC sections.
