Opposition Whip Govind Singh Dotasar and senior Congress leader Pradhyuman Singh said it was a very good move, but the Raje government should also restart relief package and jobs on compassionate ground to Uttarakhand victims as announced by the previous Gehlot government.
"We are not refusing to donate...," Singh said, adding Congress MLAs would do it in their own way, but Uttarakhand victims' grievances should be addressed first.
