BJP MP Udit Raj today demanded reservation for Dalits in sports, including in the national cricket team.
"We demand Dalit reservation in all sports!" the Dalit leader said in a tweet.
He said Dalits have been talking about their representation in the Indian cricket team following a law enacted by South Africa that at least five players of colour should be part of its cricket team.
Raj represents North West Delhi in the Lok Sabha and also heads an outfit working for the cause of Dalits.
