Blake Shelton has surprisingly purchased the abandoned shop ex-wife Miranda Lambert just closed in his Oklahoma hometown.
The "Mama's Broken Heart" singer, 39, announced the closure of her Pink Pistol boutique in Tishomingo, the small town where they used to live together.
But hours after she revealed the news, Shelton made an announcement of his own, and unexpectedly took over the property from his ex-wife.
"As a resident of Tishomingo, I am very sorry that the Pink Pistol has decided to move its operations out of the area," Blake said in a statement.
"We all as a community appreciate everything it has done for our town. As for the actual properties left behind... I was offered the opportunity to buy them and I have a plan brewing."
Lambert opened the store in Tishomingo in November, 2012, and the following year, she opened another Pink Pistol shop in her hometown of Lindale, Texas.
