Brown, 21, who is fighting for her life after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home in Atlanta, Georgia last weekend, moved from the North Fulton Hospital in Roswell to the Emory University Hospital, reported ABC news.
The aspiring singer and actress, who was placed in a medically-induced coma after being found with no heartbeat, is said to have "opened and closed" her eyes a few times earlier this week.
A source close to the family said she remains on a ventilator in the intensive care unit and doctors have warned that they won't be able to tell if she has suffered brain damage until the sedatives can be reduced.
Brown is the daughter of Bobby Brown and Houston. Her husband, Nick Gordon, and a friend found her face down in her tub, authorities said. Police arrived that morning and performed lifesaving measures until rescue personnel arrived, according to the officials.
