Body of deaf and mute man found hanging from tree in Rajouri

The body of a 32-year-old deaf and mute man was today found hanging from a tree outside his house in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, a police official said.
The man, identified as Mohammad Naseer, was found wearing women's clothes, the official said.
He said Naseer was living alone in a cattle shed, about 200 m from his house, at Darreri village and his body was found hanging from the tree by his family this morning.
The body was sent for post-mortem, he said.
The police has started inquest proceedings in this connection, the official said, adding it was too early to say whether the man had committed suicide or was killed.
