Though a suicide note was found with the victim, a resident of Kalina village, his family members claimed that he was illiterate and it is a case of murder, police said.
The victim, Mukesh, was found hanging from a tree in a forest here on Tuesday, police said, adding that post mortem report will reveal the exact cause of the death.
The victim's father has filed a police complaint against four persons who live in the same village, police said.
