Titled 'Unbelievable -- Delhi to Islamabad', the travelogue talks about the experience gathered by Singh during his 10 days of travel from here to Islamabad.
"We stayed for 10 days in Pakistan and in PoK as well. During this period, we did not come across a soul who wants war with India. Each one wants to live in peace and democracy as we in India desire," he said at the book release function.
Releasing the book, Ansari hailed the personality of the author saying the "travelogue is unique and should be read by all".
"As a lawyer, I have ensured release of about 1000 Pakistani prisoners languishing in Indian Jails. I was felicitated by hundreds of them there and the underlying message which I gathered was that no one from across the border want a war," he later told reporters.
"Only a few people in the administration seek to create tension and incite people for vote-bank politics," he said.
