Amiya Nath was the son of Sarat Chandra and nephew to 'Netaji' Subhas Chandra Bose.
Jyotsna passed on Sunday at the age of 90, her family said.
She was suffering from old-age ailments and was cremated today.
She is survived by two sons Surya Bose and Chandra Bose and daughter Madhuri.
"When Amiya suddenly passed away in 1996, it was my mother who ensured that the priceless archive of materials relating to Sarat and Subhas collected by my father was retained and preserved," Chandra Bose said.
