"I want to condemn the act of vandalism on the Hindu Mandir temple in Surrey on Saturday night, to convey my regrets to the congregation and community, and to express in the strongest terms that British Columbians pride ourselves in celebrating our diversity, respect for one another, and for each others' places of worship," Clark said.
