"The previous government had no intention of improving the lot of minorities or provide them security and so they did nothing for them and instead indulged in mere rhetorics...And the biggest example of it is putting restrictions on bringing madarsas on aid list," Khan said here.
The Samajwadi Party government has taken serious note of the "harm to 'madarsas' because of these restrictions and tried to remove them," Azam claimed.
