Rescue workers in Brazil say 25 people were injured when their passenger bus smashed into the side of a commuter train at a railroad crossing.
The accident occurred today near the city of Guapimirim on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro.
The local fire department says the injured were all aboard the bus and that no one was killed.
The cause of the accident is unclear but local media cited witnesses as saying the bus driver apparently ignored warning signals and tried to cross the rail track ahead of the train.
