BVM Sarma to join Uniply Industries as Joint MD

Integrated architectural, design and build turnkey solutions provider, Uniply Industries Ltd, today said BVM Sarma would be taking over as the Joint Managing Director from next month.
Prior to taking up the new role, Sarma was earlier serving Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as its Head-Infrastructure, a company statement said.
Sarma, on assuming charge from December 1, would head the company's commercial and residential turnkey projects and other building solutions initiatives of the company.
During his tenure in TCS, he was instrumental in developing various projects across 30 million square foot of office space.
Before joining TCS, he served TIDEL Park Ltd, Chennai as Chief Executive Officer and also as General Manager, Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation.

Sarma has extensive experience in end-to-end project development, financing and management and has a stellar 33-year track record of successfully executing significant infrastructure projects, he said.
Uniply Industries offers services from architectural design and build, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior fit-outs and furniture.
The company has delivered over 1,500 projects till date. It has offices in New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Dubai and Malaysia, it said.
