Capacite Infraprojects Q2 net profit up 80 pc at Rs 17 cr

Capacite Infraprojects Ltd today posted an 80 per cent rise in standalone net profit at Rs 17.5 crore for the September quarter of the current fiscal.
The company had posted a standalone net profit of Rs 9.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Capacite Infraprojects said in a BSE filing.
The standalone total income during July-September quarter increased to Rs 324.6 crore, from Rs 220 crore in the year-ago period.
"We have momentum on our side in terms of execution and order book. Our focus will continue towards improving our competitive edge in the building construction industry thereby ensuring value creation for our stakeholders," company's Executive Director and CFO Rohit Katyal said.
"The regulatory changes witnessed by real estate in India in the recent past have helped organised players to outperform and we expect this trend to continue. We are adding capabilities to add and execute challenging and complex projects which we believe will help us outperform," he added.
Capacite Infraprojects Ltd is a fast growing construction company providing end to end services for residential, commercial and institutional building with presence in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Chennai, National Capital Region (NCR), Kochi, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
