Car mows down 2 pedestrians in Shanghai

Two people were killed and eight others injured when a car hit several pedestrians in China's commercial hub of Shanghai today.
Police who rushed to the spot in the city's Pudong New District after receiving report of the accident found the car's male driver unconscious.
He was taken into police custody, state-run Xinhua news agency reported adding that police are investigating the incident.
