Another such case was also registered against the authority of a Balasore based nursing on the same charge, police said.
The cases were registred in Sahadevkhunta police station and in Town police stations, police said.
Dr Anup Ghose said, "I don't know about the complaint lodged with police. But,I will abide by the law."
