Meanwhile, groundnutoil, refined palmolein, linseeds oil, castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial prices ruled steady owing to lack of any large-scale buying activity.
In the futures, castorseeds December contract opened sightly higher at Rs 3,700 and moved-up further to finish at Rs 3,719 from Rs 3,695 yesterday, showing net gain of Rs 24 per tonne.
Moving to edible segment, Groundnut oil and Refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 840 and Rs 573 per 10kg each.
Turning to non-edibles, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and Linseed oil all closed unaltered at Rs 3,425 per 100 kg, Rs 715 and Rs 750 per 10kg, respectively.
