"This is my third visit to India for my upcoming show. I am still working on the title and it keeps on changing. This is going to be my travel and food show and India is my first destination," Gary told PTI.
Gary was as a guest at "A Great Southern BBQ", hosted by the Australian High Commission today which featuring a BBQ menu including Australian sanger lamb, Australian wines and beer, and lots of fun games and activities for children.
Gary conducted a cooking demonstration and was joined by chef Ritu Dalmia, to judge a few cooking competitions for the invited guests.
In Delhi, the celebrity chef picked up spices from the bustling spice market in Chandni Chowk which served as a location for one the shoots for his new show.
For his Chennai visit Gary says he plans to visit a fish market.
"We are going to visit the fish market and will cook there for my show. We are trying to get hold of a small local oven which is available. I am just going to do a prawn curry.
