The deluxe edition artwork shows a stripe across the 'X Factor' judge's right eye ripped away to reveal the face of a leopard.
The singer has worked with Sia, Greg Kurstin and Invisible Men on the record, which is her fourth solo release.
Earlier this week, Fernandez-Versini premiered her new single 'I Don't Care' and its accompanying video.
'Crazy Stupid Love', the lead single from Only Human, debuted at number one in the UK earlier this year.
