The 18th CPC National Congress will find new ways to prevent corruption both now and in the future, He, who is also head of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, said.
The spirit of the Congress, which would elect new leaders, should be fully implemented in the formation of the next five-year plan to fight corruption, He said.
The formation of the new five-year plan should be based on the results of the previous plan, as well as past experience, He said.
