Chowdary takes over Command of 5 Based Repair Depot

Group Capt G S P N Chowdary today took over the Command of 5 Base Repair Depot at Air Force Station Sulur, near here.
Chowdary took over Command from Air Commodore M S Reddy, who has retired on superannuation, an official release said.
Prior to his new assignment, Chowdary held the post of Command Engineering Officer (A) at Headquarters Training Command, Bengaluru and has served at various premier bases of the Indian Air Force.
He is one of the few officers who have been trained abroad (Israel/Switzerland) on new aircrafts and systems which IAF has acquired recently, the release said.
