Actor Chris Pratt is in negotiations to star in Taylor Sheridan's next directorial.
Sheridan, who last directed the 2017 thriller, "Wind River", will also pen the script for the new film, reported Deadline.
His writing credits include films such as "Sicario" "Hell or High Water", "12 Strong" and "Sicario: Day of the Soldado", among others.
The film, tentatively titled "Fast", follows a former special forces commando (to be played Pratt), who is recruited by the DEA to lead a black ops strike team targeting drug dealers who are protected by the CIA.
David Heyman is producing the feature for Warner Bros.
