Justice Sathasivam, who is retiring on April 26 after an over nine-month long tenure, offered prayers along with his wife Saraswathi tonight, temple sources said.
After overnight stay at the hills, the CJI and his wife would again offer worship to the presiding deity tomorrow morning on the occasion of Tamil new year day, they told PTI.
He had earlier visited the temple on July 29 last year,
ten days after assuming charge of the highest judicial office.
