A brainchild of Chief Secretary Ramesh Negi, the campaign is aimed at keeping Arunachal Pradesh clean for a healthy environment where each and every citizen of the state is a stakeholder, an official release said.
A preliminary meeting was convened by Negi with Commissioner General Administration, Secretary Finance, Secretary Planning, Secretary Art and Culture, DC Capital, Chief Estate Officer and representatives of Urban Development and PWD today in this regard.
There will be nine zones in Itanagar and four zones in Naharlagun to ensure complete cleanliness drive where every stakeholder will render one hour of social service in the morning during the fortnight, the release said.
The students will take part in this campaign within the school and their neighbourhood, the release added.
