"The minimum temperature recorded at 8.30 AM was 9.7 degrees Celsius. The humidity and visibility were recorded at 88 per cent and 1500 metres," a MeT official said.
The weatherman has predicted a clear day ahead.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to settle at 25 and 9 degrees Celsius," the official added.
Yesterday, light scattered rainfall in some parts had led to a drop in the maximum temperature which settled at 21.8 while the minimum was recorded at 11 degrees Celsius.
