Clearwater Capital reduces stake in Oricon by 4.39%

Private equity firm Clearwater Capital Partner has reduced its stake in Oricon Enterprises by 4.39 per cent, selling 69.02 lakh shares in the open market.
Clearwater Capital Partners Singapore Fund III Private Ltd, which had 5.34 per cent stake earlier, brought down its shareholding in the company to 0.94 per cent by selling shares between March 2 and December 23 this year, Oricon Enterprises said in a filing to the BSE.
Shares of Oricon Enterprises were trading at Rs 58.85 apiece, down 2.40 per cent on the BSE in the morning trade.
