Foreign investor Clsa Global Markets today sold 3 per cent stake in cable services provider Hathway Cable & Datacom for Rs 92 crore, through an open market transaction.
According to the bulk deal data available with NSE, Clsa Global Markets Pte Ltd offloaded 2.55 crore shares, amounting to 3.07 per cent stake in Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd.
The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 35.99, valuing the transaction at Rs 91.94 crore.
The buyer(s) of the shares could not be ascertained immediately.
Hathway Cable & Datacom stock ended the day on NSE at Rs 35.15, down 8.34 per cent from the previous close.
