He also accepted the demand of the HPAS association for providing attached vehicles to special secretaries of HPAS cadre.
Presiding over the annual conference of HPAS officers association, Singh said that their other demands would be considered "sympathetically".
Calling upon the officers to work with dedication to deliver services in an effective and efficient manner, he said, "You are the face of the government at field level and your conduct and dedication would project its good image.
