CM forms panel for setting up SARTHI

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has constituted a committee under noted scholar Sadanand More for setting up a body for studying various issues being faced by Marathas, Kunbi and farmers.
Fadnavis had made an announcement in this regard at recently-concluded winter session of state legislature in Nagpur.
Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Research, Training and Human Development Institute (SARTHI) is planned for studying social, financial, and educational issues being encountered by Marathas, Kunbi and farmers.
D R Parihar is a member of the panel, a statement from CEO said.
The committee will decide on nature, structure, functioning and location of SARTHI and give suggestions to government, it added.
