"We are registering a growth of 20 per cent in 2014. We had healthy growth of double digit last year," Bengal Beverages CMD S R Goenka said here today on the sidelines of the launch of project Parivartan.
Bengal Beverages is one of the franchisee bottlers of the company in the state.
Goenka said he invested close to Rs 300 crore in the last 4-5 years to modernise and expand capacity.
"We have just installed a sparkling beverage line to add capacity. We are not facing any slowdown in cola demand," he said.
Coca Cola university director R C Dutta said the project covers 2.05 lakh kirana retailers across the country.
He said the project, a part of CSR activity, is costly as the training bus costs Rs 50-55 lakh.
"We are now considering to measure the impact of the project to see how much difference the project has made in actual business growth," Dutta said.
