In the Kasna area in sector Alpha 2, a college girl, Ankita, was robbed of her purse and phone when she going to college.
Two bike-borne miscreants sprayed red pepper in her eyes and snatched her belongings, the officials said adding that her ATM card and some cash was in the purse.
Agitated residents of the area then protested and demanded appropriate security arrangements.
