Addressing a meeting of State Congress Working Committee here, he said the BJP government is "more concerned" about the "problems of the palace" than those of people.
"Instead of focusing on the problems of general public like those of water, electricity, and the price rise, the government is busy solving the problems of the palace," he added.
Ghelot earlier tweeted, he had to attend a wedding ceremony so could not take part in the meeting.
