Activists of India Against Corruption (IAC) shouted slogans against Gandhi while she was entering the venue of a road project foundation laying here.
A number of activists standing near the entrance shouted "Sonia Gandhi vapas jao" as her cavalcade entered the venue. However, Gandhi entered the venue without stopping.
Later, after Gandhi left, some Congress workers allegedly manhandled IAC workers and vandalised the spot where IAC activists were holding an agitation.
"We were holding a peaceful protest when 10-12 Congress supporters reached there and started manhandling IAC workers. They damaged our sound system and snatched flags," IAC worker Archana Srivastava alleged.
