Contribute towards flood relief activity: Assn to employees

: An officials' association of the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Consumer Protection Department has urged employees of the department to contribute towards flood relief activities in the state.
Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Consumer Protection Department All Officials Association had passed a resolution in this effect, urging the employees to contribute a day's salary or more, a release said.
Its President R A Balasubramanian has surrendered 15 days salary for this purpose even as other office-bearers had made significant contributions, it said.
