The Income Tax Department here has set up a control room to check any misuse of money during Assembly elections in Rajasthan where polling will take place on December 7.
The department's nodal officer for the elections, Prithviraj Meena, informed that the control room will operate round-the-clock and monitoring of cash transaction, excessive expenditure will be checked.
The department also issued a toll free number 18001804930, telephone number 0141-235270 and email id- jaipur.addldit.inv@incometax.gov.in, jaipur.addldit.inv@incometax.gov.in, for registering related complaints.
