Constable Sanjay Kumar went into the house of the SPO Chaman Lal in Thermal Power Colony in Kalakote belt of the district around 12 AM, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rajouri, Mubassir Latifi said.
"After barging into house, first he shot at wife of SPO, Urmil Kumari and later Urmil's sister Nisha Kumari. He then shot himself with his AK-47 rifle.
"Police after hearing gunshot, rushed to the area and saw trio dead in the pool of the blood", Latifi said.
The preliminary investigation points to the fact that Sanjay wanted to marry Nisha but seeing his wavered activities, she was not agreeing SSP said adding incident may have taken due to resistance by the duo.
"But that is matter of investigation", he added.
