Cop in inebriated state misbehaves, thrashed by people in

A head constable was sent to police lines in Hisar district of Haryana, following allegations that in an inebriated state, he misbehaved with locals, the police said today.
Yogesh, who was attached to an excise team in Hisar, was thrashed by locals at Raipur Road on February 2 after his alleged misbehaviour, they said.
In the video, people were seen beating up the policeman with shoes. A female could also be seen thrashing him on the road as the policeman sat on the ground with folded hands.
According to police the head constable was found to be in an inebriated state and he was sent to the police lines in Hisar.
