Additional Sessions Judge (second) Sanjay Singh passed the order on an application moved by Phoolkali Nishad.
Phoolkali has alleged that the SP leader, along with two others, came to her house on April 3 and assaulted her husband Ramlal, son Chunubad and other relatives and threatened of dire consequences due to a rivalry.
Next day, Nishad again came and forcibly tried to take Ramlal and Chunubad with him, she alleged in her complaint.
She said that when she approached the police, she was sent to lock-up by them on allegation of kidnapping SP worker Shivnayak's daughter.
The court directed the police to lodge a case against six persons, including Nishad, his gunner, Shivnayak and Parsu.
