The Himachal CPI(M) today alleged the state government had approved the fee structure of a private medical college though it was not affiliated to any recognised university.
"The government has baffled everybody by approving the fee structure of the college for 2014-15," said Tikender Singh Panwar, Deputy Mayor of Shimla Municipal Corporation.
"The green signal to the fee structure amounts to giving permission to the college to make admissions for the next batch," he said.
"This shows the state government is giving patronage to the private college," the Deputy Mayor said.
