CRPF personnel killed in road accident

A Central Reserved Police Force (CRPF) jawan was killed and another injured in a road accident in central Kashmir's Ganderbal district, police said today.
The incident occurred in Wussan area of the district last evening when a car allegedly collided with a stationary CRPF truck, resulting in injuries to three persons -CRPF ASI S Dobai, resident of Madhya Pradesh, CRPF constable Prakash Singh, resident of Kathua in Jammu, and the driver of the car, Bakhter Munshia, a resident of Benhama Ganderbal, a police spokesman said.
All the injured were shifted to SKIMS Soura here for treatment where Singh succumbed to the injuries, the spokesman said.
Police have registered a case, he added.
