Amid the ongoing controversy over Gujarat government's decision to freeze land of Sikh farmers in Kutch, a radical Sikh organisation today slammed Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal for praising Narendra Modi.
Badal, while participating at Vibrant Gujarat Global Agricultural Summit, described the Gujarat Chief Minister as "desh ka mahan neta" (great national leader) and as "Sardar Modi", a statement issued here by Dal Khalsa said.
Badal should have skipped the event to register his protest on the issue, Dal Khalsa spokesman Kanwar Pal Singh said.
