The party also said it will hold a "peace march" at Jantar Mantar here to raise the issue of rising instances of atrocities being committed in the country.
"Khattar's comments are really very unfortunate. Our fact- finding team of MLAs found that when the boy's body was discovered near his house, it had strangulation marks on the neck and his nails had been pulled out.
Gautam, along with Rakhi Birla (Mangolpuri), Prakash Jarwal (Deoli) and Manoj Kumar (Kondli) was part of an AAP MLAs' team which yesterday visited the family of the deceased boy.
Lashing out at Khattar, AAP's Delhi unit secretary, Greater Kailash MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj, said the case had already been "prejudiced" as the chief minister has given a "verdict" calling it a suicide.
Birla, meanwhile, said AAP will hold a "peace march" at Jantar Mantar here to raise the issue of growing atrocities in the country. She said the party would also approach the National Commission for Schedule Castes (NCSC) over this matter.
