The local Meteorological (MeT) office warned of thundershowers accompanied by squall and hailstorm in the lower and mid hills on April 27 and 28 and wet spell in the mid and higher hills for five days from tomorrow.
The farmers and fruit growers are worried as squall and hailstorm was damaging for standing wheat crop in the mid and higher hills and for stone fruits and apple crop, which is at the setting stage.
