Deepak Virmani, who was holding additional charge of secretary to Environment Minister Imran Hussain, will now be additional secretary to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on additional charge.
Virmani is also general manager in Department of Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited.
Joint Commissioner (Transport) Anand Kumar Tiwari has been appointed as joint commissioner in Trade & Taxes Department.
DANICS (Delhi, Andaman Nicobar Island Civil Services) officer Sanjeev Mittal will now be secretary to the transport minister.
