The Safdarjung observatory, reading of which is considered as the official figure for the city, recorded a maximum of 37.5 degrees Celsius, one notch below the normal, while the minimum temperature settled at 26.8 degrees Celsius, also a notch below the season's average, a MeT Department official said.
The humidity level oscillated between 86 and 51 per cent.
The MeT office has predicted overcast conditions for tomorrow.
"The skies will be partly cloudy. Dusty haze is likely to occur towards morning and evening. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 39 and 28 degrees Celsius," it said.
