The finance minister passed the directions to the heads of Power Development Department (PDD), Health, Public Health Engineering (PHE) while chairing a series of meetings to review the status of incomplete and ongoing projects of various departments.
The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary B B Vyas, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Rohit Kansal, Principal Secretary Finance, Navin K Choudhary as well as principal secretaries of other departments.
Stressing on adapting target-oriented approach for completion of various ongoing projects and schemes, Drabu stressed upon the departments to complete ongoing projects in a time-bound manner and not to initiate new projects during the current and next fiscal year.
