German Ambassador Micheal Steiner said while it is encouraging that the democracies think alike when it comes to terrorism, there is a need for awareness and cooperation to effectively fight the menace.
"We all condemn the recent attacks. We all are on one line on the fight against terrorism. That links Germany and India. We need the awareness and cooperation," he told reporters here.
"We have increased the cooperation despite (that) these events are taking place. This means that this cooperation between the democracies has to continue and also strengthened," Steiner said.
