In the past, Dawar has worked with Reckitt Benckiser, Vedanta Group, Reebok International and Hindustan Unilever, Den Networks said in a BSE filing.
Dawar has occupied various Board-level positions since 1997 and his experience ranges from start-ups to turnaround environments, listed and private companies, change management, dealing with regulators and corporate governance, among others, it added.
Den has an estimated 13 million customers in over 200 cities across 13 states in the country. The company also owns Indian Super league team Delhi Dynamos.
