Dina, 51, was arrested on September 12 following a traffic stop on Long Island as the Police said she was driving 77 mph in a 55 mph zone while being intoxicated, reported People magazine.
She has been told that the service would help her alleged drunken-driving case.
The reality star's lawyer Mark Heller came up with a report on November 21 that said Dina was "free of any alcohol or substance issue."
Before Dina's next court appearance, which is on January 7, the judge has asked for an independent treatment evaluation.
