District authorities today asked the parents not to get their children admitted to unregistered schools, after a panel formed by the administration to conduct a survey on quality of education being imparted in such schools, found them violating rules.
The panel, formed on the direction of District Magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar and led by District Inspector of School (DIOS), found that one of the school had just four students, another was found running classes till 12th while it had permission to run classes upto eighth only, a senior District education department official said.
"In my recent inspections I had found three unauthorised schools. In one school, there were only four students. The school management was warned to get the school registered," DIOS Mukesh Kumar said.
In another school, the classes till 12th were being run, during inspection school management could not produce the registration papers. Later when notice was issued, school management produced registration certificate which allows running of classes till class 8 only, he said.
